on the evening of
Wednesday, April 16, 2008
The
students and parents alike
responded with enthusiasm
and appreciation. They
gained insights into the
need for
Emotional Wisdom in making
healthy choices and
how much of teen decision-making
is influenced by their
feelings.

Glenda Mercado who was
persistent and determined
to bring LEGACY OF HOPE to
MHS! She organized
and
coordinated to make the
event a success!
Her son, Danny, assisted
(pictured above with his
mother) as well as the
Marina High School
cheerleaders who held a
fundraiser out front and
performed some rousing and
creative cheers to start
off the evening program!
